The aim of this survey is to select the academic staff, administrative staff, and students who will participate in the Blended Intensive Programme on Entrepreneurship & Sports that will take place at the University of Rouen from the 30th of March to the 3rd of April in Rouen. Please note that completing the form ensures your application will be considered. However, please wait for confirmation from the organizing team before booking your travel and accommodation.  

All the information collected will be destroyed/anonymised within one year of the submission of my project.
